We had a blast exploring the awesome beaches and hitting up the cool bars in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the happening spots. The staff were super chill and gave us some great tips on where to go. We also loved chilling out on the patio and enjoying the sick views of the harbor. it was a sick trip that we'll remember forever!
The only thing we'd ask for is more party vibes at the hostel. We were hoping for some awesome events or activities that would cater specifically to young party-going people like us.

The family rooms at Havenhostel Cuxhaven are absolutely perfect for a longer stay! The suite with its own balcony is a great way to unwind after a busy day. The flat-screen satellite TV and desk make it convenient for work and relaxation. The bathroom with slippers and complimentary toiletries gives that extra touch of luxury. As a business traveler, I couldn't have asked for more comfort and convenience.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the western roof terrace. But hey, that's just me!

the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. What impressed me the most was how accommodating the staff was to a large group like ours. We were a group of 6, but there were at least 14 of us staying, and the staff ensured that we were all located close together on the same floor. the lobby area was a great spot for everyone to gather before heading out for dinner, and the staff even sold drinks, including beer. the location of the hostel is also convenient, being close to the train station and the Windstärke 10 museum. there are some fantastic fish restaurants nearby.
Nothing to complain about at all. 👍

The rooms were hotel-style and close to each other, making it easy for our group of 6 to stay together. The staff was welcoming and sold drinks in the lobby area. The location was perfect, near the station, museum, and great fish restaurants. The cleanliness was impressive, both in the room and public spaces. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations for a 3-star hotel. The hotel incentivized eco-friendly practices by giving a 5 EUR voucher for refusing daily cleaning. The upcoming redevelopment in the area promises an exciting future.

During the stay, there were a lot of noise disruptions caused by other guests, which made it difficult to relax. the beds were not very comfortable and the bedding material felt synthetic.
